Of the amount of your membership 80% goes to the Slow Food foundation in Italy. The Slowfood Bizi Ona association only lives from the actions it carries out.

Support learning in the world of agriculture, agri-food, catering and hospitality.

Sea and mountain
Living in the Basque Country is going to find a time when we still knew how to take the time to live. It is discovered in the scrolls of a wrought iron balcony several hundred years old whose reflection illuminates the waters of one of the ports of the coast.
